Abstract

This Law, consisting of 11 articles, establishes the State Plan to Fight Poverty in the Field. The guidelines of this State Plan are: integration of the organs and entities of the state public administration with the municipalities and civil society; promotion of social participation and empowerment of rural families; sustainable development; promotion of public policies directed to the peculiarity of the field. The objectives of the State Plan are: stimulate the structuring of the field; promote access to land; promote social and productive inclusion through the generation of work and income; develop policies and services aimed at the public. The the main actions to be carried out by the State Plan are: infrastructure actions for public energy, sanitation and transportation services; land access, land regularization and the demarcation of vacant lands for traditional peoples and communities; productive inclusion for technical assistance, rural extension, food and nutritional security, labour and income; access to public services, benefits and income transfer, such as social assistance, education and health; definition of public policies, construction of indicators and evaluation of the results, based on the use of the Register for Social Programmes of the Federal Government. The State Plan will be implemented in articulation with the programmes, projects and actions of the Plurianual Plan of Government Action (PPAG) and the Annual Budgetary Law (LOA).
