Abstract This Law establishes basic principles for identification and registration of animals. It shall be applicable to cattle, sheep, goats, swine, and equine animals except for wild animals. Registration of animals shall be carried out in the State Register of Animals in the electronic form and shall contain data on identified animals. Animal records shall be kept for lifelong period and for three years after death of animals.
