Abstract The scope of this Law shall be to set up legal basis for internal trade through promotion and development of commercial distribution of network under conditions of protection of human life, health and consumer protection against fraud, adulteration of foodstuffs and trade of hazardous commodities and meeting internal demand for qualitative food commodities. Regulation of internal trade shall include sanitary inspection of trading facilities, promotion of national goods at internal market, prohibition or restriction on trade of certain commodities, prevention of false and misleading advertising and labelling of commodities.
