Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “13-4) purposeful use of grain – the use of grain from state grain reserves by grain processing enterprises purchased from authorized trader for the purpose of stimulation of internal market, for industrial processing with a view of manufacturing breadstuffs subject to trade on the territory of provinces, urban centres, cities and capital city; » Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: « Article 11. State grain reserves shall consist of: (a) bread grain; (b) forage grain; (c) seeds; (d) realization fund of grain; and (e) stabilization fund of grain».
