Abstract The scope of this Law shall be to improve efficiency of the management of public and municipal property through transfer on lease thereof to natural and legal persons. Lease shall be applicable to land pots, water and heat supply systems and objects of fuel and energy complex. Lessor shall be Public Property Fund of Ukraine. Public property shall be transferred on lease through tender in accordance with lease contract. Time period of lease shall be established by agreement between the Parties.
