This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting of 19 articles, establishes rules for the registration of processing establishments and marketing of edible artisanal products of animal and vegetable origin in the State of Amapá. The processing of edible artisanal products of animal and vegetable origin is used to obtain products that maintain cultural and regional characteristics, produced in a non-industrial scale, obeying the parameters set in specific regulation by product. Raw materials suitable for processing and processing edible artisanal products of animal and vegetable origin are considered as: meat products; milk; eggs; apiculture products; fish, crustaceans and molluscs; manioc and other edible tubers; fruit; vegetables and legumes; cereals; and other edible animal and vegetable products with a standard of quality and identity established and subject to regulation.
