This Law enters into force on 1 July, 2023.
Abstract

Article 12 of Land Code (No.442-II ZRK of 2003) shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Public cadastral map shall be intended a digital map that contains information (data) from land, legal and urban planning registers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as other information from government bodies and (or) organizations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cadastral certificate of a real estate property shall be intended an identification document containing technical, identification characteristics of a primary or secondary property, as well as identification characteristics of a land plot located in cities of national significance, the capital, cities of regional and district significance, in accordance with the form approved by the state body carrying out state regulation and control of activities in the field of state registration of rights to real estate and state technical inspection of real estate”. Article 1 of Law No. 310-III ZRK on state registration of immovable property and related transactions shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Information system of the unified state real estate cadastre shall be intended information system containing information on land and legal cadastres, the procedure for conducting which is determined by this Law and the Land Code Republic of Kazakhstan. Cadastral certificate of a real estate property shall be intended an identification document containing technical, identification characteristics of a primary or secondary property, as well as identification characteristics of a land plot located in cities of national significance, the capital, cities of regional and district significance, in accordance with the form approved by the state body carrying out state regulation and control of activities in the field of state registration of rights to real estate and state technical inspection of real estate”.
