Abstract

This Law, consisting of 43 articles divided into eight Chapters, establishes the necessary measures for the implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora in the Macao Special Administrative Region (RAEM). The Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); External and internal trade (Chaps. II and III); Registration (Chap. IV); Administrative authority and scientific authority (Chap. V); Oversight (Chap. VI); Offences and penalties (Chap. VII); Final dispositions (Chap. VIII);
