Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Law establishes the special regime of taxes, customs and non-fiscal incentives to be granted to importers of animal feed, veterinary medicines, materials and drip-irrigation equipment, within the scope of the Emergency Programme for Mitigation of Drought and Bad Agricultural Year, approved by Resolution No. 110/2017 of 6 October. This special regime will be valid for the entire period in which the said programme is in effect.
