Abstract

This Law determines the legal status for crediting agro-industrial complex with due regard to the seasonal prevalence of the production cycle and trade of agricultural commodities and is aimed at support, strengthening and promotion of the various forms of agricultural management for the purpose of improvement of the delivery of agricultural commodities to the population, and of the raw materials to the industry. The Law consists of 6 articles. Article 1 defines the subjects of crediting. Article 2 deals with public crediting of the branches of the agro-industrial complex. Article 3 regards advance delivery of agricultural commodities for the national needs. Article 4 concerns financing of the state enterprises. Article 5 regards special funds for the development of national economy. Article 6 regards foreign investments.
