Abstract The purpose of this Law is to prevent emissions of substances that result in depletion of the stratospheric ozone layer. This Law forbids the import and export of controlled substances and materials and the cross-recycled materials except in case of possess of a licence. The Law sets forth the conditions to obtain this licence. The Secretary General of the Supreme Council for the Environment and Natural Reserves shall publish the quantities allowed for the import of controlled substances. The inspection procedure and the penalties are stated in the text.
