Abstract This Law establishes the main provisions of technical regulation in the sphere of industrial safety and is aimed at prevention of disasters at dangerous industrial sites and ensuring readiness for localization and mitigation of the consequences thereof. The scope of this Law shall be to ensure protection of human life and health, animals and plants, and natural environment thus ensuring the right to healthy environment for the population.
