The Law enters into force from the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The present Law regulates relations connected with legal basis of activity in the sphere of land use planning between organs of state power, local self-government, authorized institutions in the field of management of land resources, natural and legal persons as regards ensuring rational use and protection of land resources. The document consists of 5 Chapters that contain 36 articles. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-7) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 8-13) regards management of land use planning activity. Chapter 3 (arts. 14-28) establishes the main directions and types of land use planning activity. Chapter 4 (arts. 29-33) regards land use planning documentation. Chapter 5 (arts. 34-36) establishes liability for the infringement of legislation on land use planning.
