Abstract This Law is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on the right of disposal over coasts, littorals, shores and sea accesses and passages designated and destined for public services and utilities. Article 2 decrees the ban on the issuance of licences and authorizations for carrying out operations of filling up, burial and interment with earth in the aforementioned zones. Article 3 entrusts the Council of Ministers to issue a resolution for delimitation and definition of boundaries of those zones. Articles 4 and 5 deal with offences and penalties.
