This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 16 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 16. Duties of nature managers in the process of natural resources management. Nature manager shall have the following duties: (a) manage rationally non-renewable natural resources (minerals and other resources); (b) manage rationally and ensure reproduction and conservation of renewable natural resources, potable water and springs of mineral water, soil, living organisms and vegetation; (c) manage renewable natural resources by means and methods permitting autoregeneration thereof in brief period of time; and (d) prevent soil degradation, destruction of natural resources, water and wind erosion that cause loss of fertility. Infringement of legislation of Kyrgyz Republic on environmental protection shall entail liability in conformity with national legislation.”
