Abstract Article 16 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 16. Duties of nature managers in the process of natural resources management. Nature manager shall have the following duties: (a) manage rationally non-renewable natural resources (minerals and other resources); (b) manage rationally and ensure reproduction and conservation of renewable natural resources, potable water and springs of mineral water, soil, living organisms and vegetation; (c) manage renewable natural resources by means and methods permitting autoregeneration thereof in brief period of time; and (d) prevent soil degradation, destruction of natural resources, water and wind erosion that cause loss of fertility.
