Abstract

This Law amends provisions on wild fauna protection within the State of Goiás. Amendments deal with environmental licensing requirements related to significant environmental impact, affecting fauna and the dynamics of the population of any wildlife species, as established by the competent environmental authority, according to the Environmental Impact Assessment principles – EIA/RIMA.
