Abstract This Law regulates relations originating from mining, extraction and management of coal on the national territory. It shall be applicable to all enterprises and organizations of coal industry. The objective of this Law shall be to set forth regulatory and legal framework complying with international standards for raising efficiency and output of coal industry.
