This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, composed of 9 articles, establishes the State Unified System of Family Agroindustrial Health, Artisanal and Small Scale Agriculture (SUSAF-PR). SUSAF-PR aims at performing the systemic decentralized integration of municipal inspection services; drawing the basic guidelines of the Family Agroindustrial Health; producing and editing instructions, through socially appropriate specific technical standards; conducting and fostering partnerships with public and private agencies and research institutions and educational, training, technical assistance and extension; making the dialogue and monitoring of municipal inspection services of the State of Paraná; authorising to use and perform the management of the quality standards; etc.
