The Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This law ratifies the Protocol to amend the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance especially as Waterfowl Habitat (Ramsar Convention, 1971) which was signed in Paris on 3 December 1982 (article 1 of the present law). The Protocol integrates the Convention by inserting certain articles thereto. The law, consisting of two articles (ratification and entry into force), adopts all the provisions connected therewith.
