Abstract Article 43 of Land Code (No.442-II ZRK of 2003) imposes restrictions on the allotment of land plots located near the airfield territories. Article 36 of the Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Management (Law No. 125-VI ZRK) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 36. Form and content of the subsoil use contract" shall be supplemented with the paragraphs 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and 1-4 as follows: "1-1. Depending on the conditions of subsoil use operations and the type of minerals, the competent authority approves the following forms of standard contracts: (a) standard contract for exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons for a complex project; (b) a standard contract for hydrocarbon extraction for a complex project; (c) standard contract for exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons; (d) standard contract for hydrocarbon extraction; and (d) standard contract for uranium mining”.
