Abstract The Law makes provisions on patents, the termination of patents, infringement of rights, licensing and transfer of technology. The meaning of patent is provided under article. At point 8 in particular, it is stated that patents shall not be granted for plant or animal varieties or biological processes for the production of plants or animals except for microbiological processes or the products thereof. Regarding the atomic energy, Part Seven (article 28) provides for the establishment of the Greek Atomic Energy Committee. Under the competence of this Committee shall be, among other, the protection of the environment from radiation and the use of atomic technologies in agriculture. Full text Greek Website www.et.gr
