Abstract Anti-corruption strategy for the period of 2014-2017 is a nationwide multi-sectoral policy document addressing corruption as one of the priorities of Ukraine’s society at the present stage of development of the state. Actually, in Ukraine in fact there is no effective anti-corruption strategy that takes into account the severity of the problems and urgency of the situation. In this regard, it is necessary to adopt a new strategic document, which would identify priority measures to prevent and combat corruption, which should create a basis for further reform in this field. In Ukraine there is virtually no clear legislative and institutional basis for the formation and implementation of anti-corruption policy on the basis of cooperation between state bodies and the public.
