This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

The Law amends Law No. 13.550 establishing the use and protection of native vegetation of the Cerrado Biome in the State. Amendments specify that the activities of social interest are those of research and extraction of sand, clay, gravel and gravel, granted by the competent authority within the State of Sergipe, etc.
