This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting of 6 articles, provides for the procedure for the removal of dead animals from farms and their proper disposal. It specifies that dead animals taken from the farms are destined for their processing and transformation into meat and bone flour, fat, animal oil or fertilizers. It authorizes the transport of dead animals within the limits of this State territory, upon authorization and registration of the competent institution CIDASC.
