Abstract This Law amends article 48 of Law on Oil No. 21/2014 of 18 August. New article 48 deals with local development as follows: 1. 10% of the tax revenues generated by the petroleum production is destined to the development of the province, district and local communities where the respective oil projects are implemented; 2. The Government is responsible to regulate the allocation and management of the above mentioned percentage.
