Abstract

This Law, consisting of 14 articles, establishes the Forestry inter-professionalism basis. The inter-professional organizations of the forestry sector, (OIF), are representative structures of the production, processing, services and commercialization of forestry products. The OIF shall be granted the status of legal person governed by private law and public utility.
