Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Technical regulation requirements shall be adopted for protection of public health, environment, life and health of animals and plants, prevention of fraud against consumers and ensuring energy saving and energy efficiency".
