Abstract This Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, provides for the Sanitary License for Small-scale Rural Agroindustrial Establishment within the State. In particular, it establishes that all small-scale rural agribusiness establishments must be authorised by the competent controlling or health protection body. In addition, it establishes requirements for the provision of health license to small-scale rural agro-industrial establishment, establishes operational requirements and standards for granting the health license to rural agro-industrial establishment of small, hygienic and healty requirements for obtaining registration and title registration; details of the inspections, monitoring, standardization, packaging, registration, record and relationship of such establishments, including the quality control methodology and safety, if applicable; additional rules for the sale of small quantities of primary products, retail or in bulk; and specific rules on general conditions of facilities, equipment and basic hygiene and health principles, in order to ensure product quality.
