Abstract The document consists of 13 articles. The present Act establishes legal grounds for conducting personal farms by citizens and establishes the arrangements for state support thereof. Personal farm is a form of economic and labour activity for the purpose of producing agricultural commodities based upon utilization of the plots of land pertaining to private property, life-long hereditary land tenure conceded to citizens for the purpose of conducting personal farming. Personal farms may have in ownership agricultural works and constructions, cattle, poultry, perennial plants, transport means and other property authorized by the national legislation. Citizens engaged in personal farming are authorized to conduct autonomously personal farming on the plots of land conceded to them for such purpose, conclude contracts concerning personal farming in conformity with the national legislation.
