This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting of 11 Chapters, establishes sanitary animal protecting measures within the State of Acre. It states for sanitary measures to be applied within the State in order to preserve animal health against animal diseases, including parasites. Sanitary measures are specified in the text and must be fulfilled by keepers of animals, animal products (and sub-products) of animal origin, biotechnology, etc.
