Abstract This Law establishes that consumers shall be provided with potable water according to the established standards and shall have access to reliable information on compliance of potable water with current standards. Producers of potable water and local self-government shall be responsible for the implementation of the aforesaid right of consumers. Labels of foodstuffs shall bear the inscription of the manufacturing and expiry date, ingredients and composition. Foodstuffs shall bear also the inscription of the deadline for vending thereof. Labels of agricultural commodities must contain information on the presence therein of hazardous substances within the established limits. Full text Russian Website www.law-moldova.com
