The Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This law ratifies the Additional Protocol to the European Convention for the Protection of Animals during International Transport which was signed by Greece on 10 May 1979 (article 1 of the present law). The Protocol brings forth procedural amendments to the European Convention for the Protection of Animals During International Transport. The law, consisting of three articles (ratification, sanctions and entry into force) adopts all the provisions of the Protocol.
