Abstract

This Law, consisting of 33 articles divided into seven Chapters and one Annex, creates the Institute of Development of the North and Northeast of Minas Gerais (IDENE). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of IDENE, as an autarchic entity with administrative and financial autonomy linked to SEPLAN.
