This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.

Abstract

This Law, consisting of 37 articles, establishes Animal Health measures to be applied within the State of Goiás and gives new version to Law No. 13.443, of 19 January 1999. It establishes the obligation to adopt protecting measures provided by Sanitary Animal Health, indispensable for fighting, control and eradicate infectious and contagious and parasites diseases for domestic and wild animals and notify if the case.
