Abstract

This Law, composed of two articles, eliminates the Secretary of State for Environment, Interiors and Justice (SEMAJUS) and defines the Secretaries of States that will take over the related functions and responsibilities. Finally, the Law establishes that the existing structure of the Department for Environment shall be kept active and shall pass under the Secretary of State for Planning, Industry and Trade.
