Abstract This Law, consisting of 9 articles, creates the National Programme for Productive-Oriented Microcredit (PNMPO). Within the scope of the Ministry of Labour, the National Programme for Productive-Oriented Microcredit is set up to support and finance productive activities of entrepreneurs, mainly through the provision of resources for targeted productive microcredit. The beneficiaries of PNMPO are natural and juridical persons entrepreneurs of urban and rural productive activities, presented individually or collectively.
