This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law provides for the State Illegal Trade on Wood. It specifies that commercial and industrial establishments who sell or use illegally extracted wood from Brazilian forests will be immediately canceled from their registration as a legal entity by the State Treasury.
