Sub-item 2 of the item 1 of the Article 24 acquires a new wording: “2) of the item 6 of the Article 13 enters into force on 1 January 2008; in the item 2 the date “2005” is substituted with the date “2007”. Article 1 is supplemented with sub-item 9-1 of the following wording: “9-1) interregional and (or) intergovernmental transmission facilities of 220 kilovolt and over ensure transmission of electric energy between regions and (or) states;” Sub-item 15 of the Article 1 acquires a new wording: “15) transmission of electric energy is service rendered by power transferring organizations in conformity with electric energy supply contract;”.
