Abstract This Law establishes basic principles of organization and regulation of production, storage, transportation, distribution, supply and consumption of natural gas, and also consumer protection system. Production, storage, transportation, distribution and supply of natural gas shall be licensed. Storage of natural gas of the amount not exceeding 0.1 million cubic metres in the reservoirs shall not be subject to licensing.
