This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law, consisting of 13 articles, regulates the procedures for artisanal cheese production. It establishes the requirements and the hygiene and sanitary procedures to produce artisanal cheese within the State of Pernambuco, originated from milk produced by cows or buffalos. It also establishes veterinary requirements to be satisfied in order to certify milk product.
