The Law enters into force from the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The present Law determines legal status of agricultural enterprises, regulates relations between agricultural cooperative and its members. The document consists of 9 Sections that contain 35 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 6-10) classifies the types of agricultural cooperatives. Section 3 (arts. 11-17) regards setting up agricultural cooperatives. Section 4 (arts. 18-23) regards membership at agricultural cooperative. Section 5 (arts. 24-28) regards administration of agricultural cooperatives. Section 6 (arts. 29-31) regards property of agricultural cooperatives. Section 7 (art. 32) establishes the basis for the relations between agricultural cooperative and its members. Section 8 (arts. 33-34) regards reorganization and liquidation of agricultural cooperatives. Section 9 (art. 35) regards associations (unions) of agricultural cooperatives.
