This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law amends several legislation providing for concessions generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy. In particular, it establishes that the uses based on a biomass source whose power injected into the transmission and distribution systems is greater than 30,000 kW (thirty thousand kilowatts) and less than or equal to fifty thousand kilowatts do not meet the criteria defined in § 1-A, as well as those provided for in item VI shall be entitled to the reduction percentage on the tariffs for the use of the transmission and distribution systems provided for in Paragraph 1, limiting on the application of the discount to 30,000 kW (thirty thousand kilowatts) of injected power in transmission and distribution systems.
