Abstract Article 23 shall be amended to add the following wording: “1. A peasant farm has the right to dispose of its products and to trade it at its discretion in accordance with the concluded contracts. 2. When selling agricultural commodities, as well as in the process of manufacturing, processing, storage and transportation thereof peasant farm must comply with the requirements of legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, unless otherwise provided by acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the requirements of legislation in the field of quality and safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs for human life and health, requirements of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, technical regulations of the Customs Union, the Eurasian Economic Union and other international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian economic union”.
