This Law enters into force after its official publication.
Abstract

This Law introduces into Criminal Code penalties for the offences related to pollution of forests and shrubbery not included in the national forest fund by waste, effluent waste water of by other means, destruction of forests and shrubbery by careless fire making, explosive works, illegal, unauthorized felling and logging or by violation of the established procedure of felling and logging operations. It also introduces in the Criminal Code penalties for the offences related to the procedure of import of commodities subject to veterinary inspection that may cause spreading of infectious animal diseases.
