Abstract

This Law establishes the legal status of the territory radioactively contaminated because of Chernobyl disaster and has as its cope reduction of radioactive impact upon the population and ecosystems, carrying out environmental reclamation and protection arrangements. The Law shall govern economic activity and research on the radioactively contaminated territories.
