Abstract This Law approves the Conflict Mediation and Conciliation Norms. This Act lays down norms on the establishment, organization, mediation and conciliation procedures as an alternative dispute resolution of conflicts. These Norms, consisting of 9 Chapters apply to disputes in civil, commercial, labor, family land and criminal, rights, and the disputes within communities, which are not contrary to the Constitution, nor threaten the human dignity in the respect of the principles of equality and impartiality, legality, confidentiality, independence, competence and responsibility and regulates the entire mediation procedures, mediators and conciliators of conflicts and the system of mediation centers.
