This Law enters into force according to legal terms.
Abstract

This Law is composed of five Chapters divided in 47 articles. It provides basic legislation for flora and fauna conservation and protected areas with the aim of protecting biological diversity and promoting, at the same time, its social and economical sustainable use. In particular, the Law classifies protected species and regulates protected areas’ system.
