This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The President decrees to accede to the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) of December 2, 1961, as revised in Geneva on November 10, 1972, October 23, 1978 and March 19, 1991. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law, take the necessary measures to implement the provisions of the Law No. 115-Z “On accession of the Republic of Belarus to the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV)”.
