The Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Law establishes legal and administrative grounds for quality and safety control in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors. It also has as its scope conservation and protection of traditional liquor trademarks and suppression of fraud. The provisions of this Law shall not be applicable to beer. Alcoholic beverages shall be labelled in accordance with the established modalities. The Act consists of six Sections divided into 36 articles: (1) general provisions; (2)
