Abstract

This Law is composed of 16 articles. Article 1 deals with terms ands definitions. Article 2 allows awarding loans without interests to the farmers and fishermen with the objective to increase the fish production and modernize fish gear and methods. Article 3 entrusts the Ministry of Finance and Petroleum to allocate necessary funds for the aforementioned loans. Article 5 fixes the maximum of the loans. Article 6 defines requirements for awarding loans to farmers. Article 7 defines requirements for awarding loans to fishermen. Article 8 deals with applications and necessary documents for obtaining loans. Articles 13 and 14 pertain to the payment of loans.
